I am delighted to introduce myself and welcome you to Delphi Wellness Clinic. With over twenty years of experience in the NHS, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role at Delphi. My career began as an intensive care nurse, where I spent eight years before returning to university in Leicester in 2007 to retrain as a doctor. This dual training has endowed me with a unique and extensive repertoire of skills, allowing me to provide the highest calibre of medical care to my patients—a privilege I deeply cherish. Throughout my career, I have consistently strived to deliver the best possible care, a commitment that is shared and embodied by all four female founders of Delphi Wellness Clinic. My passion for excellence extends to the field of aesthetics, where I have received expert training at both SkinViva Clinic and Acquisition Aesthetics. I take great pride in demonstrating diligence and attention to detail in my work, and I find immense satisfaction in helping my clients at Delphi feel like the most beautiful versions of themselves. As an experienced GP, I am an expert listener and communicator, skills that I continue to hone as a GP partner in a busy NHS practice. This ongoing clinical work enables me to bring a broader scope of experience and expertise to my clients at Delphi. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to work within this profession, which I find both rewarding and fulfilling. Beyond my professional life, I am a mother to two girls, and when I am not at work, you will likely find me in the garden, enjoying the simple pleasures of life in my wellies.

Dr. Nina Vadgama

I undertook my medical school training at the University of Oxford and the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, qualifying in 2001. I have worked as an NHS doctor since and am now in my 18th year of working as a GP partner in a busy NHS practice. Over the years, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience: I am an expert generalist with a passion for understanding the unique thoughts and experiences of my patients. Beyond my clinical work, I am an approved GP trainer for NHS England, teaching and mentoring the GPs of tomorrow. I am also a GP appraiser for NHS England, providing peer support to GP colleagues and feeding into the process whereby GPs maintain their license to practice with the General Medical Council. I am a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and am an enthusiastic proponent of preventative and lifestyle medicine. I am excited to have the opportunity to spend longer with my patients here at Delphi Wellness, to be able to offer holistic care that focuses on true wellbeing and health, and to empower my patients to improve their own mental and physical health through guided lifestyle and behaviour change. My membership of the British Menopause Society reflects my strong belief that all women should have access to high quality care at this pivotal time of life from a clinician who listens and understands. I am the first to admit that for many years I viewed aesthetic treatments as entirely misaligned with my medical expertise. My perspective has been entirely transformed by the new field of regenerative medicine. Regenerative medicine and aesthetics restores and harnesses the bodys’ own incredible ability to repair and restore. The treatments have a well established scientific and medical evidence base and having trained at Skinviva and Acquisition Aesthetics, I am excited to be able to provide these to my patients to restore confidence and sense of self. Outside of medicine I am a proud mum to my two adult sons. I love to be outside running or walking, whatever the weather, and cannot think of anything more replenishing than a muddy run in the rain!

My extensive expertise in leading transformational change within corporate and healthcare environments guarantees that our services consistently expand and evolve to meet the changing needs and high expectations of our patients. With a specialist interest in workplace coaching, I am pleased to soon offer executive-level coaching sessions as I complete my ILM Level 7 qualification. Solution-focused coaching offers significant benefits, providing coachees with valuable time and space to enhance critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Coaches provide frameworks, techniques, and perspectives that enable senior leaders to address challenges more effectively, analyse options, and make informed decisions that align with their organisational objectives.
