I have today completed a course of Polynucleotide/Hyaluronic Acid and Micro-needling + Exosomes. From start to finish the experience has been excellent. I initially saw Dr Vadgama for a consultation and the treatments were carried out by Dr Lewis-Evans. Both ladies are very professional, friendly and welcoming. Knowing they are Doctors, who have researched facial aesthetics and are knowledgeable about the products they use, immediately put me at ease and gave me the confidence to have the treatments. Although I experienced a little discomfort with the procedures, it was well worth it for the amazing results. My skin looks and feels better, giving an overall younger appearance. I will most definitely be back for a booster session in 6 months. Thank you.

I recently visited Delphi Wellness as I wanted to know more about polynucleotide treatments.

I received a warm and friendly welcome at the door from Nikki and was led through to a waiting area and offered a drink.

The entrance hall is bright and airy and smells amazing. Felt more like a spa than a clinic.

Amanda came to the waiting area to collect me and took me through to the consulting room.

The consultation started with Amanda asking me about what areas I have concerns with and then offered a comprehensive explanation of treatments that would benefit me.

She really put me at ease with her manner and tone. It wasn't rushed, nor was there any hard sell or pressure to make a follow up booking.

The added benefit of knowing Amanda is a GP also gave me confidence.

I received a follow up communication by email detailing what we had discussed, checking if I had any additional queries and thanking me for my visit. Again, no pressure to book.

I decided to go ahead with the polynucleotide treatment on my neck to help reduce that crepe paper appearance we get with age.

I was quite nervous when I arrived but Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even putting a weighted blanket over me to ease my nerves! Once numbing cream had been applied Amanda went through the process again with me and double checked I was happy.

My neck was then marked up with a grid to ensure an even distribution of the product.

For the most part, the injections were barely noticeable. There were a couple of areas where the skin is thinner that was a bit irritable but Amanda took her time and checked if I needed a break.

Once all injections complete, Amanda once again reminded me of what to expect over the next few hours - raised bumps, maybe some bruising and went through the aftercare.

I had no bruising at all, just the appearance of hives for a while but this quickly settled down.

I have 2 more rounds of treatment and am looking forward to seeing the improvements to my skin tone over the next few weeks.

I completed the relevant forms, and I was then introduced to Amanda, who was going to perform my treatment.The treatment room was really well set out.
